B2B Terms and conditions

All prices are shown excl. VAT and freight. 
Orders less than DKK 750,00/EUR 100.00 excl. VAT and freight will be added DKK 75,00/EUR 10.00 administrative fee. 
PLEASE NOTE first time order must at a minimum of DKK 1.500,00/EUR 200.00. 
For sale to other European countries than DK, 25% Danish VAT will be added, if no VAT number is stated. 

We are using PostNord or GLS for Danish customers - UPS for all other European customers. 
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and volume and will be added every shipment. 
Pick-up by own shipping agent can be arranged. 
We will email, when the shipment is ready for pick-up. It must be picked up between 10am and 4pm. We don't cover any damage during transportation, using your own shipping agent. 

Payment (from other countries than DK) must be made by SEPA transfer in EUR, using code SHA (share). 
Local bank fees and transfer charges must be paid by customer. Living by Colors will only pay the Danish bank fees.  

Proforma invoice for prepayment will be emailed when the order is ready to be packed. When the prepayment is received, the order will be packed and shipped. This is normally within 2 working days. Proforma invoice must be paid within 10 days. Otherwise, full delivery is not guaranteed. As a rule, backorder will not be registered, and will only be registered by written agreement. 

Commercial invoice will be emailed – and a copy will be enclosed the shipment. 
If due to late payment, there will be added 2,0% interest for every beginning minth, as well as fee in accordance with applicable legislation.

Always remember to check packing by receipt. If any damages, it must be written on the waybill before signing. Otherwise, we cannot deal with a complaint on damage during transportation. 

If you need to register a complaint, it must be done by email immediately, and within 6 days from receipt. 
Company name, order number, item number, quantity and reason to complaint must be included. Photos for documentation must be attached.  
All details must be emailed within 6 days, or we are not able to deal with the complaint. 

Credit note will be issued, and the amount can be deducted next payment. 

Important to know about bulbs: 
 The average lifetime is guiding. Small scratches and stains of glue may appear.  

Important to know about colors:  
Pantone codes is guiding only. Small variations in color may occur from shipment to shipment. 

Important to know about knobs/handles:  
As it is Indian handicraft, differences in colors and finish may occur. Colors may vary from shipment to shipment. Small rust spots might occur on screws.  
None of this is considered as defects.
